Why should I use JTB Cleaning Services, LLC?

We are a professional cleaning service that has been providing local residents, business owners and contractors with thorough, detailed, organized cleaning services. We provide residential, commercial and new construction clean up. We are licensed, bonded and insured. And we guarantee our work.

How do I know I can trust the people you send to my home?

We are very particular about who we hire.
Every employee undergoes a rigorous screening process that includes a thorough criminal background check. Additionally, All employees are fully insured and bonded. Our employees are thoroughly trained to meet our high standards, and we regularly conduct quality inspection checks.

Will I have any liability or need to pay any taxes if I hire a housekeeper?

No. As a professional cleaning service, we are responsible for our staff’s employment, including payroll taxes and Workman’s Compensation in the event of an injury.

How do I get started?

Just give us a call! The first thing we will do is visit your home to learn of your specific needs. We will discuss your cleaning options so that you may choose what best fits your
needs. We will email an estimate with different cleaning options.

How often should I have my home cleaned?

JTB Cleaning Services, LLC offers regular housecleaning on a bi-weekly and monthly basis. In addition, we are available for special one-time cleans. These include move-in/move-outs, deep cleans, new construction clean up, and occasional maintenance cleans for customers.

Do I have to sign a contract?

We have a simple form that is merely an agreement between the customer and JTB Cleaning Services, LLC that guarantees services.

Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?

It is not necessary for you to be home, but you are certainly welcome to be there. Many of our customers provide us access with either keys to homes or alarm codes. We keep your information extremely secure.

Will I always have the same house cleaner?

Our goal is to provide you with consistency no matter what; even if circumstances demand a staffing change. Every employee is extensively trained to utilize the same efficient, effective cleaning techniques. We make every effort to send the same cleaner to your home for each visit.

What if something is my home gets damaged?

In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely. We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. Call us within 24 hours and we will correct it for free.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

You may pay by check, Visa, or Mastercard. A check, payable to JTB Cleaning Services, LLC must be provided at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been approved. For your convenience, if you prefer paying by credit card, a number may be left on file with us to use for each cleaning.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we do! Whatever the occasion, our gift certificates can be sent straight to the recipient or to you.

What if I have a pet?

We’re pet lovers too, and we want to make sure your pets and our technicians are safe.  We ask that you ensure pets are secured while we are on site. If you have any special requests regarding your pets, or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of, please let us know.

Should I tip my cleaner?

Tips for our cleaners are neither expected nor required, but always appreciated.

What if my cleaning schedule falls on a holiday?

Our office observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you in advance to reschedule.

Can I hire one of your cleaning professionals directly?

Each employee signs a contract with us agreeing not to solicit or accept direct employment from any of our customers for a period of two years from the date that employee last worked for JTB Cleaning Services, LLC
